Parlez-vous Français? The page the I've used to create this artwork is taken from a study book, and it refers to an exercise for the use of the thumb. I've taken the liberty to interpret this suggestion in order to practise the use of my thumb in an unconventional way. Here you can see my thumbprints floating all over the page in an attempt to create a melodic climax.
